CHIP CHOP Chicken Recipe


When it comes to Protein, Chicken is one of the best protein sources you can get. 100 grams of Chicken Breast boneless has around 27 to 30 grams of lean protein when I say lean protein that means it has the minimum amount of carbs and Fats. Chicken is the best anabolic food one can have. But eating the same chicken recipe can be very boring, so today we have brought an exiting CHIP CHOP Chicken Recipe for you guys, which will be tasty, healthy and anabolic.

So let's start.


INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams of Chicken Breast boneless finely chopped into small pieces.
  • Ginger and Garlic paste.
  • Red Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, salt, and Chicken Masala.
  • 3 spoons of yogurt.
  • Onion and capsicum
  • Olive oil.
  • Lemon juice or Vinegar
  • and Schezwan sauce



How to Make it?

Step 1. Marinate the Chicken by adding Ginger & Garlic Paste, 3 spoons of yogurt, Red Chilli powder, salt, Turmeric Powder, Chicken masala, and Lemon Juice or Vinegar into the Chicken, then let it sit for 1 hour.

Step 2. Take a pan and add some olive oil with onions and Capsicum and stir-fry it.

Step 3. Now add your Marinated Chicken into the pan and stir it for 10 minutes.

Now your Delicious CHIP CHOP Chicken is ready to Serve, Have it with some Schezwan Sauce to make it spicier and Delicious.

Healthy Indian BOILED EGG & RICE Recipe


Eggs are very good and a cheap source of protein but Eggs are very boring and if you eat it regularly then after sometime you will feel like not eating it. Well, don't worry today we have an Indian recipe for eggs with some rice and a tasty way to make it.


INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 egg whites and 2 whole eggs boiled or scrambled 
  • 140 grams of cooked white rice
  • Mixed Namkeen
  • Chopped Onion
  • Red Chilli powder and Maggi masala powder
  • Half lemon juice
  • Tomato ketchup


How It Is Made?

Step 1: Boil 5 eggs in water then remove 3 yolks out from them.

Step 2: Steam cook 50 grams of uncooked rice, after cooking it will be 140 grams of cooked rice.

Step 3: Now take a big bowl and add namkeen, Maggi masala, chopped onion, red chili powder, lemon juice, Tomato Ketchup, 3 egg whites, 2 whole eggs and 140 grams of cooked rice. Now roughly mix it.

Tasty Indian egg and rice recipe is ready to eat now.

Carbs: 50 grams
Fats: 12 grams

Creamy & Healthy Chicken Recipe !


Chicken can be boring sometimes especially if you are eating it daily, you cannot eat boiled chicken daily.
After Trying this Recipe you will get a CREAMY taste in this Chicken recipe without adding any CREAM.

  • 200 gms of Chicken breast boneless.
  • Olive oil
  • 2 spoons of Thick Yogurt
  • Onion, Tomato, Ginger, and Garlic paste. (mix them in a grinder)
  • Spices: Red chili, Salt, Turmeric, and any Chicken masala

How It Is Made?

Step 1: Marinate the chicken with Red chili, salt, turmeric, chicken masala, and lemon. Mix them well and let it sit for half an hour

Step 2: Take a pan and add some olive oil, stir it then add the paste you made ( Onion, Tomato, Ginger, and Garlic paste) stir it till it changes its colour to a bit dark red.

Step 3: Add Your marinated chicken and put it on low flame for first 5 minutes, then on high flame for 5 minutes.

Step 4: This step is very important to give that creamy flavor to your chicken, now add 2 spoons of thick yogurt and mix it well


PRO TIP: Turn off the flame before adding yogurt because then it will release water and the
creaminess won't be there.

Quick Chicken Soup Recipe !


Meal preparation can be very hard especially if you are working or have some job. In that case, a quick Chicken Soup recipe will be great. Now let us discuss how to make it.


  INGREDIENTS

  1. 200gms of Chicken breast boneless
  2.  2 spoon yogurt
  3. Spices of your choice
  4. Soup powder of any brand
  5. Onion, Capsicum, and olive oil  





How it is made?

Step 1: Take a pan,  add some olive oil and give a quick stir to onion and capsicum.

Step 2: Add 200gms of Chicken breast boneless with  2spoons of yogurt and your spices, now mix it well.

Step 3: Add 100 ml of water and soup powder, mix it well.

Now let it sit for 5 to 6 mins.

Delicious Chicken soup is now ready to serve.
