Creamy & Healthy Chicken Recipe !


Chicken can be boring sometimes especially if you are eating it daily, you cannot eat boiled chicken daily.
After Trying this Recipe you will get a CREAMY taste in this Chicken recipe without adding any CREAM.

  • 200 gms of Chicken breast boneless.
  • Olive oil
  • 2 spoons of Thick Yogurt
  • Onion, Tomato, Ginger, and Garlic paste. (mix them in a grinder)
  • Spices: Red chili, Salt, Turmeric, and any Chicken masala

How It Is Made?

Step 1: Marinate the chicken with Red chili, salt, turmeric, chicken masala, and lemon. Mix them well and let it sit for half an hour

Step 2: Take a pan and add some olive oil, stir it then add the paste you made ( Onion, Tomato, Ginger, and Garlic paste) stir it till it changes its colour to a bit dark red.

Step 3: Add Your marinated chicken and put it on low flame for first 5 minutes, then on high flame for 5 minutes.

Step 4: This step is very important to give that creamy flavor to your chicken, now add 2 spoons of thick yogurt and mix it well


PRO TIP: Turn off the flame before adding yogurt because then it will release water and the
creaminess won't be there.
